Tree Tops Park Surprise Engagement Proposal

I’ve known Sebastian for quite sometime now, so it was my honor to accept the task of capturing his Surprise Thanksgiving Day Engagement Proposal at Tree Tops Park in Davie FL.

One thing you will quickly learn about Sebastian is that he is quite the strategic Prince Charming; read on to see how he first romantically asked Estefania to be his girlfriend to and then proposing and asking her hand in marriage.

Sebastian and Estefania met at a party in April of 2016; she was introduced to him by his  sister, who was attempting to accomplish this for quite some time. A month later, he ironically landed a part-time job at her place of employment, but there still wasn’t a connection despite seeing more of one another. Around July, they once again connected at a going away party for a co-worker and that night struck the beginning of a beautiful love story.

So can you guess what happens next? Let me give you a few clues? Emojis, characters, photos, yep you guessed it; he scored her phone number and went to work with the text messages.  After a few months of texting and conversing, they decided to go for dinner at a Peruvian/Japanese restaurant, which they both love. From that moment forward, Estefania started to see Sebastian differently as a result of their mutual interest which ignited her interest in him.

A few weeks following that night,  Sebastian left for New York to visit his family. During his absence, Estefania encountered a situation where she was in need of someone to speak to in person in order to express her feeling at immediate moment. She suddenly realized that Sebastian had become more than just a friend and despite not being physically present, his words and attentiveness calmed her. He scored major brownie points which allowed them to open up more to one another.

Now just when you thought that it couldn’t get any better; Sebastian pulls out a Trump card (no puns intended), how you might ask? This guys takes this young lady to Orlando Florida to visit Disney World,(plug: yes Imagery by Jules Photography does provide photography services in Orlando FL as well.) He awaits the grand firework finale and then ask her to be his girlfriend; how do you say not to that? Off course she accepted!

A few more months passes by and things are amazing. I am a firm believer in once you’ve found the  perfect person for you, never let them go! And that my friends is direction this story is head: So now it’s Thanksgiving Day and  one thing we’ve establish with Sebastian is that he’s the master planner. She believed he planned a day of relaxation for the both of them at Tree Tops Park in Davie FL. Little did she know, he got her family to convince her there was going to a family dinner later that evening, so she reminded him that she could not be out too late as a result. She had no idea what she was about to embark on at the park.

As they entered the park and walked thru the parking lot towards the woods, Sebastian asked if she trusted him because he wanted to blindfold her. I’m sure she panicked just a little bit, but she agreed and they proceeded through the trail within the park. Ironically, Estefania’s account is the walk was calming because Sebastian talked to her the entire way. Little did she know, that I, Imagery by Jules Photography the writer of this blog was capturing every moment. It was now time for the big reveal, Sebastian took of the blindfold and there it was: he had both his and her family members holding up the letters which formed the word, “CASEMONOS” in Spanish which translates to “Marry Me”. She cried, embraced him tightly but then he got down on one knee, took out a beautiful ring and asked, “Would you do me the honors of being with me for the rest of my life”? And the Answer was Yes!
